I just received the Steamulation X Blow Off Hookah Adapter Plus and overall it is great, except that it doesn't include the sleeve that is required to actually make it work. And unfortunately the site here doesn't mention that the sleeve is not included or required.
So now I'm trying to find the Steamulation Sleeve for an Ultimate Gen 2, or having to decide to return this item.
