Square E-Hookah Shisha Kopf

I am a huge hookah lover but for health reasons, need to cut down on the coal and nicotine.I bought this because of multiple reviews and was very excited to use it however i followed all instructions but it never worked, gave me. “Open load error” , checked it online and there were multiple folks who have had this issue but due to various reasons, i cleaned it although it was brand new, ensured i gave it enough time etc. but the issue i think is that the core is demagnetized and it doesn’t tight in the battery section. Customer service so far has been good, they are looking into it, will wait and update based on the outcome. Right now, I don’t have an alternate one to try it out,……
