Stündenglass Kompact Gravity Infuser Hookah

I purchased two Kompacts direct from Stundenglass for a business associated and myself. We meet twice weekly at a local Hookah shop to discuss business and I've enjoyed the experience for the better part of 20 years. To my dismay the Kompacts didn't perform as Stundenglass convey's online. After watching several online video reached out to Stundenglass for answers. After several email exchanges, I was informed the Kompacts were "not intended for Sisha use", a point they don't share on their website. Moreover, any exchange or refund would be subject to a 60% fee. This is despitie the videos (posted herein with serial number) that show the unit is not airtight. In fact, the unit leaks at the base, not at the glass bulbs suggesting a manufacturing defect. Even if it didn't leak, the Kompact produces little if any vapor. Given the high cost of the Stundenglass I would expect a better degree of customer service and a higher quality product.
