Pineapple is naturally a fairly unstable flavor. This flavor should be used within 1 year of purchase. The flavor itself is slightly stronger when fresh so that after a month or two it won’t be too weak. Its strength seems to be one of its best points. The flavor is rich and coats the mouth, and tastes like fresh, ripe pineapple. The flavor is highly sensitive to changes in humidity and since the flavor is unstable, its endurance is less than many other flavors.
